Libby Falcon, RDN, LD
Libby is a curious counselor with a creative mind! She always seeks to understand her patient's motivations, barriers, and goals so her recommendations are unique and personalized to the individual. Libby became a dietitian after her first career in clinical trial research showed her the importance of prevention, and inspired her to pursue a job that allowed her to help others in making lifestyle changes.
While her primary focus is disordered eating, she also has a special interest in helping neurodivergent individuals build healthy nutrition habits, and supporting anyone with medical conditions, beliefs, or allergies that limit their diets.
Libby’s diverse background has cultivated her interests in the field of nutrition:
-
As a lifelong vegetarian, she is skilled at navigating dietary restrictions and helping clients create plant-forward meals that are both approachable and budget-conscious.
-
As a proudly neurodivergent individual, she brings creativity, flexibility, and practical problem-solving to the barriers many people face around eating.
-
Her experience as a former Division I athlete and NASM personal trainer informs her work in sports performance and sports nutrition.
-
And as a former Miss Earth USA, she is deeply aware of the societal pressures placed on women and is passionate about supporting clients in building body trust, improving body image, and prioritizing both physical and mental well-being.
In her spare time, Libby loves hiking, wake surfing, painting, ballroom dancing, loving on her three animals, and doing environmental restoration projects.
